so last night one of my teachers were asking us about the 'thing we never get enough of...'

    time.

now I can totally relate to this,
being enrolled in College and University at the same time..
    and working 2 jobs...
and doing all my chores and running all my errands...
did i mention cooking for my boyfriend and his family?

    good god.
it's been about 2 weeks now that life has launched it's full attack on me...

and I kind of want to.. just drop dead. well not literally.
I just need 40 hours a day, thats all =]

How is college and university different?

How come you have to cook for his family. Then what did they eat when you were not his girlfriend?

    @NightPrancer -

college has classes of about 20 students, university has classes of 200-500.
college is $2500 per year, university is $7000
college takes 1-4 yrs to finish depending on program, uni almost always takes 4

most importantly, college you get a diploma, which isn't worth anything at all
university you get a degree, which would be worth something if every other person doesn't have one.

in other words, diploma isn't worth anything. degree isn't worth anything either, but its a step towards masters which is worth something.

and his family does cook, but his mom cooks a whole bunch of stuff in the morning then leaves for work at 11am. whatever's on the table is what the entire family would be eating all day. but if I cook, the food is fresh.

unfortunately.. yeah. the strike doesn't help since now all the finals are in about a week.
